Reservation Information and Policies
Before completing our paper reservation
form or complete our online reservation request we ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies
below. These policies help assure that we can provide you with
an excellent vacation experience.
PETS/JET SKIS/FIREWORKS:
SORRY, NO PETS May 1st-Sept. 4th.
Pets will be allowed after Sept. 4th with prior approval. Pets
in designated cabins only. Pets in designated cabins only. There
will be an extra charge of $20/day or $100/week if pets OR hunting
dogs are allowed in cabin. Owner is responsible for their pets
actions. We will retain your deposit if for any damages until the
cabin is cleaned.
NO JET SKIS ALLOWED! NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
DEPOSITS:
PLEASE NOTE: Listed prices are discounted from the regular rate for cash or check payment.
The regular rate is 3% more and applies to credit/debit card charges.
1/2 of your rental is required as a deposit
to hold your reservation. If your deposit is not received within
10 days from the date your reservation was made, your reservation
will automatically be cancelled. the remainder of the rental is
due upon arrival. A confirmation will be mailed to you. Your reservation
is final after deposit has been acknowledged. In case of cancellations,
your deposit (less $100 handling charge) will be refunded if all
resort vacancies are filled at full season rates or is completely
refundable if you have your own replacement. No-shows will be
charged for their entire reservation. Absolutely
no refunds for early departures; no exceptions. DON'T HESITATE TO CALL, LAST
MINUTE OPENINGS DO OCCUR. We prefer checks, however we will accept Visa and
Mastercard. Prices subject to local and state taxes.
CANCELLATIONS:
In case of cancellation your deposit,
less $100 handling fee, will be refunded ONLY IF ALL RESORT VACANCIES
ARE FILLED. Don’t hesitate to CALL. Last minute openings
do occur. And remember to check our web site at www.paradiseresort.com
for last minute openings.
RESERVATIONS:
Reservations run Saturday to Saturday
during June, July, August. During May, September and October we
will rent to fit your vacation. Guests are responsible for full
length of reservation, since the cabins are reserved exclusively
for you, you are responsible for the total amount due for the
full length of your reservation. The deposit is applied to the
last day of reservation. Gas - If bringing gas to the resort, it must
be stored in your boat or vehicle and not in or near the cabin due to
insurance reasons.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS:
Extra persons above cabin base rates
will be charged $35/night or $150/week per person. There is no
charge for children under 3 years of age. We insist on not exceeding
the cabin maximum occupancy. Visitors: If you have friends or
relatives visiting you for more than 6 hours during the day, they
will be charged as an extra person. And be sure to tell them no
pets allowed or they will be asked to leave. For
security and privacy reasons, all guests and visitors MUST register
at the office upon arrival. We reserve the right to charge for any
unregistered guests.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM
No early arrivals. Please allow us to
have the time to keep high cleanliness level that you expect when
you arrive. Early arrivals will be charged $100.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 9:00 AM
We insist the check out time is observed.
