Before completing our paper reservation form we ask that you familiarize yourself with our policies below. These policies help assure that we can provide you with an excellent vacation experience.

Cabin Policies

RESORT QUIET HOURS
Our policy is that it is a quiet time from 10 pm through 9am. So we can maintain a quiet family resort, there will be no outside music after 10pm. This also prohibits loud music during the day. Thanks for your cooperation, Wade and Mary

PETS/JET SKIS/FIREWORKS:
SORRY, NO PETS 
NO JET SKIS ALLOWED
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

DEPOSITS:
1/2 of your rental is required as a non-refundable deposit (deposit does not include sales tax). If your deposit is not received within 10 days from the date your reservation was made, your reservation will automatically be canceled. The remainder of the rental is due upon arrival. A confirmation will be mailed to you. Your reservation is final after the deposit has been acknowledged. DON’T HESITATE TO CALL, LAST-MINUTE OPENINGS DO OCCUR. We prefer checks; however, we will accept Visa and Mastercard. Prices are subject to local and state taxes.

State Law prohibits transporting of firewood due to Ash Bore Disease.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations run Saturday to Saturday during June, July, and August. During May, September, and October we will rent to fit your vacation. Guests are responsible for the full length of reservation, if you decide to leave early for any reason no refund will be made since the cabins are reserved exclusively for you, you are responsible for the total amount due for the full length of your reservation. The deposit is applied to the last day of reservation.

GAS:
If bringing gas to the resort, it must be stored in your boat or vehicle and not in or near the cabin due to insurance reasons.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS:
Extra persons above cabin base rates will be charged $50/night or $225/week per person. There is no charge for children under 3 years of age. We insist on not exceeding the cabin maximum occupancy.

VISITORS:
All visitors will be charged $20 per person up to 4 hours. After 4 hours you will be charged $50 per person. And be sure to tell them NO PETS allowed, or they will be asked to leave. For security and privacy reasons, all guests and visitors MUST register at the office upon arrival. Our private beach and other resort amenities are for paying guests only. We reserve the right to charge for any unregistered guests.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM
No early arrivals. Please allow us the time to keep the high cleanliness level that you expect when you arrive. Early arrivals will be charged $100.

CHECK-OUT TIME: Before 9:00 AM
We insist the check-out time is observed.
